31st Annual Limestone Sheriff’s Rodeo Pageant
Junior Miss Rodeo
(13-15 yrs old)
The 31st Annual Limestone Sheriff’s Rodeo Pageant will be in May, 2013 in Athens, AL. In order to enter the Junior Miss Rodeo Pageant as a contestant you must be 13-15 years old and return the following information:
1. Complete Application Form
2. Application Fee $20.00
3. Complete pageant waiver form
Contestants shall have never been married, have had a child or have minor dependents. Contestants for the Junior Miss Rodeo do not have to be residents of Limestone County or the State of Alabama. Contestants will be required to wear western attire (hat, boots, belts, etc.) Contestants are expected to wear western shirts and jeans at all times. Dress tops are nice but not mandatory. You are not expected to spend lots of money on clothing. The goal is to have fun, learn, and to promote rodeo and its sponsors. Contestants will be judged on personality, appearance and poise. Queen contestants may not wear the crown or banner of another title to our rodeo events while competing in the Limestone Sheriff’s Rodeo Queen Pageant unless they are invited to a rodeo/pageant event as visiting royalty by the Pageant Committee.
*Horsemanship is optional for this division. You must furnish your own horse.
The completed information should be mailed or returned to the Sheriff’s Office. As soon as we receive your completed application, we will send you a contestant package.

The application deadline for entry is April 12, 2013. Early applications are greatly appreciated.
Awards will be presented to the Winner, 1st & 2nd runners-up and horsemanship winner. The coronation of Junior Miss Rodeo will take place at intermission of the Saturday, May 18th performance of the rodeo. Contestants should arrive no later than 6:30 p.m.
